Affective learning: They are more susceptible to get affected by the environment.Consciously or unconsciously they learn from others. They are creative and flexible

Reverse Thinking: They tend to have perspective which is different from others They are very inquisitive and ask questions persistently. They are at times considered to be rebellious.

Reflective style: People having this style of thinking reflect on what they have acquired and use previous learning to make sense of present situation or to take decision. They have unlimited learning potential.


Four quotients

Intelligence Quotient is a person capability to think critically and logically ,understanding abstract complex concepts , acquire knowledge and to apply knowledge to solve problems or to draw conclusions .

Emotional Quotient It is a person’s ability to regulate his and others emotions .People with high emotional quotient are aware of their/others emotions, source of emotion, address emotional needs and control impulses and can channelize emotional energy in positive direction.

Creative Quotient it is the capability of a person to create something new into being. It is the power to create original and not predictable thing It can be a product, process, more apt solution to a problem. Two component of creativity are imagination and the outcome .

Adversity quotient it is the capability of a person to deal with adverse situations and continue forward and upward progress. Its four dimensions are-1.Control i.e. to what extent one can influence the situation.2.Ownership,to what extent person hold himself responsible for improving situation3-to what extent adversity extend beyond the situation at hand.4.Endurance-Uncanny ability to apply efforts and maintain hope that situation will improve.


Career option - The report also suggest suitable wide spectrum of career options which are in sync with the person’s inborn potential. A particular Section of the report is dedicated to the subjects and fields and career options associated with them. These careers options do not include only conventional career streams but also off beat/unconventional career paths . This section is divided into three categories:
a)Subjects and fields
b) Career Options
c) Innate potential that stipulates a person’s prospects of excelling in that career. Three colors namely; green, blue and red represent three potential levels that are strong, moderate and concern or weak respectively. For example, if a person wants to study medicine and his innate learning potential in logical intellect, naturalist intellect and fine kinesthetic intellect is high, then this field will be marked with green color(It signify that the person possess caliber to study and excel in medical provided the apply adequate efforts). Though other intellects are also required to get proficiency in this field Inborn but aforementioned three intellects are considerably important as they are most relevant intellect for the medicine.

Intervention and remedies - We provide intervention through counseling and also suggest technique to develop in born talent and overcome limitations of average and concern areas. Interventions like adapted form of behavior therapy or supportive counseling is provided to the individuals who deviate from their innate personality or face some sort of adjustment problems because of individual differences. In such cases we explain conflicting parties (for example couples, parent –child or siblings) unique style of thinking, acquiring and personality type of other person to enhance understanding and acceptance. Techniques to stimulate, enhance and integrate inborn intellects in life are also provided.
